Gungans 4 Ruven W.I.P. 1

This is one tracing paper over a rough drawing of a 1 point perspective grid that I tried to draw.

The grid is far from perfect, I haven't practiced very much perspective drawing yet, so this is very much a learning thing to me.

The figures in the foreground are going to be Gungan Warriors on Kaadu.
My Problem? How do I know how long to make a figure? (Kaadu -the animal the guys riding)

The creatures in the back are Fambaa, they are supposed to be huge. Same thing as with the Kaadu, how do you know how long to make them?

I 'see' enormous trees and some smaller trees as well. A few are sketched in.

I want the atmosphere enshrouded by mist.

I might have just started a drawing that is beyond my skills! I hope this doesn't end up a big fat fail!

Help and ideas please!
