I think that I am the oldest person on D.A.
So far, in 10 years I have never met, talked to, or heard of anyone close to my age. I have friends here 30 or over...but this gal came into the world in the late 60's. I don't feel the "Reaper" tapping on my shoulder just yet, but I still wonder, am I the oldest person on DA? ( I am still very immature though!) Curious here. from tarp

Hello, this is Kathryn's daughter, Cathrine I never thought I'd be making this post but I unfortunately would like to inform my Mom's friends and followers that she recently passed away after a brief illness. Mom had a lot of fun here on DA and enjoyed to talking to people with similar interests and sharing her artwork. She enjoyed gardening and fishing as well and loved her family very much. Mom was a good friend to a lot of people on here and in real life. She taught me everything I know about most things, including how to draw. She was a big inspiration to me. I'm going to leave her account up, so she can continue to be an inspiration to future artists and to archive her works.
